Värme i lägenheter

Flera medlemmar har hört av sig ang. temperaturen i sina lägenheter. Medeltemperaturen ligger på omkring 21 grader över tid vilket är den temperatur som Peab garanterar och lämnar garanti på. Detta är en förändring från tidigare år då temperaturen var för högt inställd och levererade 26-27 grader. Detta är nu justerat till rekommenderat lägre temperatur.

Avfall i miljörum

Sophanteringen är en av bostadsrättsföreningens största driftkostnader. Föreningen drabbas ofta av onödiga kostnader på grund av felsorterat avfall såsom t.ex. stekpannor, plantor, metallgaller, resväskor, möbler, textil osv. Lämna aldrig ditt avfall bredvid orangea containrar. Det som inte kan sorteras i våra miljörum behöver du ta till en återvinningscentral (ÅVC). Närmaste ÅVC heter Återbruket och finns på Lärjeågatan 12.

Hjälp oss att komma till rätta med detta. Det finns så mycket trevligare vi kan göra för dessa pengar än betala straffavgifter.

Trappor och entréer

Föreningen har köpt in snöskyffel och borstar. Använd gärna dessa när det behövs, snöskyffel vid kraftigt snöfall och borstar, när det finns mycket grus innanför entréerna. Ställ tillbaka borste och skyffel när du är klar. Tänk också på och försök hålla dörrkarmen ren från grus. Det bidrar till att entrédörrar fungerar som de ska.

Avgiften till föreningen

Månadsavgiften som du betalar till föreningen tillsammans med hyresintäkter ska täcka föreningens samtliga kostnader. Dessutom ska vi kunna göra reservationer för det planerade underhållsarbetet vilket är en förutsättning för att hålla våra hus i gott skick. De löpande driftkostnaderna såsom el, fjärrvärme, avfallshantering, vatten och avlopp blir ständigt lite dyrare år från år. För att stå rustade inför kostnadsökningarna har Styrelsen beslutat att höja avgifterna med 2 % från och med den 1 januari 2022.

Snart är det jul- och nyår!

Vi vill påminna om att du behöver ta din vissna julgran till återvinningscentralen. Du kan alltså inte ställa det bredvid sopsugen, i våra miljörum eller på innergården.

Heating in apartments

Several members have contacted us with questions about the temperature in their apartments. Over time the inside temperature is on average around 21 degrees, which is the temperature level that Peab guarantees and provides a warranty for. This is a change from previous years when the temperature was too high, around 26-27 degrees. The heating system is now adjusted to deliver the recommended lower temperature.

Inappropriate waste in the waste room

Garbage management is one of the housing association's largest operating costs. The association often incurs unnecessary costs due to incorrectly sorted waste such as e.g. frying pans, metal grilles, suitcases, furniture, textiles, etc. Never leave your waste next to orange containers in the garbage room. You need to take what cannot be sorted in our garbage rooms to the nearest recycling center (återvinningscentral). The nearest ÅVC is called Återbruket and is located at Lärjeågatan 12.

Help us deal with this. There is so much nicer we can do for this money than pay penalties.

Stairs and entrances

The association has bought snow shovels and brushes. Feel free to use these when needed, snow shovel in case of heavy snowfall and brushes, when there is a lot of gravel inside the entrances. Return brush and shovel where you picked it up when you are done cleaning.

Also try to keep the door frame clean from gravel. It helps the entrance doors open and close as they should.

The fee to the association

The monthly fee that you pay to the association together with rent from restaurant tenants must cover all the association's costs. In addition, we must be able to make reservations for the planned maintenance work, which is a prerequisite for keeping our houses in good condition. The ongoing operating costs such as electricity, district heating, waste management, water and sewage are constantly becoming a little more expensive from year to year. In order to be prepared for the cost increases, the board has decided to increase the fees by 2% from 1 January 2022.

Christmas trees

Holiday Season is coming! We would like to remind you that you need to take your withered Christmas tree to the recycling center. It is not allowed to leave Christmas trees next to the garbage tubes, in our garbage rooms or in the courtyard.
